Group Fitness

 Vinnie’s Bootcamp Saturday’s 9-10am; included with gym membership. Non-member – $5.00 drop-in fee.
High Intensity class designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. During nice weather, class may be held outdoors.

Yoga with Amy Cross Tuesday’s 5:45-6:45pm and Saturday 10:30-11:30am; included with gym membership. Non-member – $5.00 drop-in fee.
This is a slow flow class designed for all fitness levels.

Cardio Kickboxing with Trevor Mondays at The Gym at 6:00pmincluded with gym membership. Non-member – $5.00 drop-in fee.

Boot Camp and high intensity training with Trevor Wednesdays at The Gym at 6:00pm; included with gym membership. Non-member – $5.00 drop-in fee.
